Limanaki Beach Hotel & Suites sits opposite Ayia Napa beach, on the southeastern corner of the coast of Cyprus. The hotel is at the tip of this long sandy stretch, and looks out over the backdrop of Cape Greco, a rocky cliff face. The calm, shallow waters at Ayia Napa beach make it popular with swimmers and families. The hotel has an outdoor pool with an integrated shallow kids' pool, surrounded by a decked area where you'll be able to sit back and enjoy the sun. The hotel has a pool bar which serves a variety of local alcoholic and soft drinks as well as snacks throughout the day, so you can relax with a drink by the pool. The hotel also has a restaurant where you'll be able to have a buffet breakfast and dinner. The restaurant has an indoor bar and a terrace bar, where you can enjoy a drink in the sun. If you want to discover more eating, drinking and entertainment options, the hotel is a short walk from the lively resort of Ayia Napa, where you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Here, you'll also be able to experience some of the nightlife that this area is known for.

Limanaki Beach is 30m from Ayia Napa Beach and 200m from Ayia Napa centre. The centre has a range of activities, and a mix of old and modern architecture. You'll find plenty of clubs and bars, and if you want a more relaxing break there are plenty of traditional tavernas and boutique shops, as well as historical sites such as the town's medieval monastery. The hotel is also well-placed for beach hopping, and you'll be able to explore the 14 beaches in the Ayia Napa area. Makronissos Beach is popular with water activity enthusiasts, while the shallow waters of Sandy Beach make it popular with families.

The buffet restaurant offers a range of international and local dishes, and has views across Ayia Napa's fishing harbour. There is also two a la carte restaurants situated along the promenade. There's a cafe, indoor bar and pool bar, where you'll be able to get coffees, drinks and light snacks.

The hotel has a playground where children can make new friends. You can also play table tennis or pool, and use the gym.

Booked a cheap holiday and wasn't expecting much! From the start had a nice welcome at the reception, it was lovely and clean, all the ladies at reception were great, my lady got on great with a Polish receptionist that we also met helping in the bar. Anything we needed was never a problem, very helpful. My only complaint (joking) was the breakfast! Too much choice so I eat something of everything and think I put on a stone (fat lad). Then in the evening they have a buffet in the breakfast area and I wish I realised how nice it was sooner as it was better than any of the other local restaurants I tried, so highly recommend this. The main bar area was nice and waiters gave great service, they remembered which cocktails we liked best too, we tried all the cocktails and highly recommend the limanaki special and mango madness, purple rain was nice too. Only kind of down side was not at all the hotels fault! If you want any life or aiya Napa life do not go before April as nothing much is open, I'm just thankful we stopped here as I spoke to people from other hotels and the they were given so little choice of food. Also don't expect to swim in the pool this time of year it was bloomin freezing Having said that I highly recommend going to nissa beach this time of year. It's the best beach I've ever been on and swam in the sea, it was a few degrees warmer. Had a great chilled holiday Thanks Neil and Karolina

At arrival we were met by a not smiling receptionist, but she did a well job. The room is like other hotels, just a room without any kind of personality. The cleaning is bad. The cleaning lady didn’t wash mugs, teaspoons and the balcony floor wasn’t cleaned at all. The breakfast was average but okay, but have seen better service and food at other 4 Stars hotels. If the person who create omelettes isn’t out for smoking you can actually order one. The hotel has the appearance of being old and worn but still in a condition which is ok The staff doesn’t say hallo, but are as anonymous as the hotel. Overall the hotel is ok and I will not conclude that I won’t visit it again, if I visit Ayia Napa out of season.

Booked a week, left after two days

On arrival front of house was rude, I would like to add all the other staff on reception and around the hotel were great, namely Victoria in the bar. Hotel doesn’t look like the pictures, very tired looking and overlooks a delapdated car park and concrete jungle. Pool is very small. Aware we booked out of season but was shocked not one bar or restaurant was open. We booked for a week and left two days into our stay, hotel didn’t care at all. The pool view was barely visible, we moved rooms because water was gushing out of the light fittings in our room. No sun loungers or bath in the room as advertised. £50 transfer from the airport which takes about an hour.
