This attractive hotel enjoys a superb location directly on the coast of the Adriatic, only a few steps from the beach. Surrounding the hotel are five national and two wildlife parks. The famous victory memorials can be reached by car in one hour, and the nearest public transport stop can easily be reached on foot.The hotel comprises a total of 340 rooms over four floors. I traveled with a group of 7 friends and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the hotel and, more importantly, the staff. The rooms were impeccably neat and clean, the pool meticulous with a stunning view of the Adriatic. The breakfast and dinner buffets were fabulous. All of this is just the icing on the cake because the staff are the heart and soul of any place. From the reception to the bar, to the dining room and even the cleaning staff .. everyone was so friendly and pleasant to interact with. Thank you all for making our stay so enchanting.

Sensational business retreat!

we had a 3 day business meeting/team building in Hotel Ilirija - fantastic experience! All details were perfectly planned and executed: welcome drink and dinner, Lavander lounge bar, friendly and well-mannered staff, conference room setup with no stress. And for the team building we used cruise ship Nada - absolutely sensational experience! all day cruise in Kornati national park, captain and crew friendly and fully at service all the time, food prepared on boat was sensational! We had an International team and overall impression was: the best organised business review/team building ever!

Noisy and staff that does not help

Too much noise to sleep, staff does not respond to complaints. Breakfast is good, bed is fine. I guess you could have an OK stay if you book the seaside. There was party of local people in the hotel, who all double parked on the hotel’s parking lot, thereby blocking multiple other cars. In the Morning, a bus of tourists could not leave because of it so the bus honked for 30 minutes, waking up the whole hotel. The hotel staff did not act on our complaints. The parking lot side also has some kind of generator / ventilation system that creates noise.
