Very clean, safe, quiet, hotel with excellent customer service & lovely rooftop swimming pool with views across the city. Fabulous buffet breakfasts & the holy grail of fabulous, warm power showers in the en suite bathroom! Lovely internal lounge/atrium for coffee or drinks. Very well located for exploring San Cristobel de la Laguna on foot. 10 minute walk to Trams to Santa Cruz, 15 mintue walk to main bus interchange.

looking for a change of pace from beach to city

We wanted a switch of pace from the beach to see more of the city life of the Tenerife. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very large. The reception is full of wonderful people who are very helpful. The parking is very tight and I would suggest a sign from the main road. The breakfast was lovely as well. However, if you are looking for a relaxing retreat this might not be the case as we had a rooster and howling dog wake us up all 3 nights we stayed. The location of the hotel is very nice

Very nice in every way. The only problem is the parking, but that’s not a Hotel issue. But if you make an offer with parking included would be perfect actually! Keep in mind that some business trips are all expenses already paid. If you include it in the price it’ll be easier for us.
