The hotel itself is good. Beautiful ocean-view or city view (with beautiful lights at night on the mountain). The pools are clean and one of them is heated. The staff is nice and very helpful. Shout out to the cleaning (ladies) who made our beds every day and changed our towels; their work was really appreciated. The only thing is that the hotel looks very 'old'. It has a lot of deferred maintenance. The hotel its name officially is 'Precise Resort', while still everywhere in, and outside the hotel you read about 'Maritim' (the old name of this hotel). It's very confusing and not up to date. During breakfast sometimes I found fruits, cakes and muffins that were very dry, old and not fresh. As if they put the same food back from the day before. I would say that could be better. But overall we had a nice time. I would recommend this hotel for couples or singles, who like peace and quietness. There were a lot of calm, 'older' people. The best thing about this hotel? The turtles in the lobby!

Stunning views, Hotel is called Maritim

A nice hotel located located by the sea - the ocean views from the room were stunning! As previous reviews mentioned it can get very windy at night so the patio doors to the balcony do rattle at night - in addition the higher up you are the windier and louder it is! Hotel itself was nice - a little disappointing to not have a kettle in the bedroom though - I do love my coffee! Decor maybe slightly dated but this is a minor issue - everything in the room was functional and clean! Facilities are as you would expect. A lovely pool area and tropical garden - one of the pools were heated too which is nice in the winter! I had the breakfast included in my deal and paid on a couple of nights for the dinner buffet too - a varied selection of cereals, breads/ cheese and cooked breakfast - I would say that the dinner options were slightly limited for vegetarians but absolutely rate the salad bar! Minor gripe - they turn of the water machine during dinner service so if you pay for dinner be mindful you will have to pay for additional beverages including water. Always a good selection though if you do eat meat and a variety of hot foods available. I also managed to eat at the pool bar/ cafe on my last day - absolutely loved this! A great selection of snacks, salads and sandwiches. They also had lovely cocktail smoothies! In terms of the other facilities, the hotel has an on site mini market and excursions office - the lady at the excursions office was fantastic! Very enthusiastic and passionate about the trips and the sites to see in Tenerife. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus into the town and back from Monday to Saturday which is brilliant - if you do miss the bus on the way back the taxi from the hotel to town and vice Verda averaged 7 euros so very reasonable indeed! Taxis and most places do take card now so I didn’t bring any cash on this trip and got by just fine. Last but not least just to say the staff were lovely and very helpful to all requests- very friendly and welcoming and everyone was full of energy and and sincerity! Overall, I have rated the trip 3/5 - due to the vegetarian food options and no kettle in the room. Ps. The hotel is (Maritim) under the Precise Resort Group - this wasn’t at all clear when I booked the holiday so when I got my coach transfer I ended up getting off at the wrong place and had to take a taxi back to the right hotel! So if possible - do make sure you check/ call ahead so you don’t make my mistake! Overall a peaceful and relaxing stay at the hotel and all staff and facilities lovely.

Top location, Studio 1416 has everything you need, nothing more and nothing less. Beautiful gardens, several swimming pools, Great sports facilities nearby , Tennis, Padel, fitness etc... fantastic ocean view from the 14th floor
