Hotel basic Room 608 avoid like a broom cupboard and filthy we complained at 2am on arrival and was told we would be moved the following morning then to be told the hotel is full no rooms !! They would move us the next day but again no rooms free ! The rooms on level 6 are appalling the shower was so small you couldn't bend down to pick anything up the shower trickled like a dripping tap no pressure the hot tap in the sink had no water coming out at all, no balcony as shown in broucher or online!! The blankets on the bed were filthy we took them off and used only a sheet, the toilet was positioned at an angle so you could not sit on it front wards very strange set up it was like a hostel room ,the windows opened but awful and dirty, the receptionist was the bar tender which was a joke if he was doing something else you had to wait for him to finish at one point he had gone to some rooms in hotel and we waited and waited it was like faulty towers! Hotel food expensive 12.00 per head lot cheaper else where for the choice. The hotel is not close to anything we walked to the beach took us 45mins so taxis it was for 5 euros, there is a small shop out the back door and just down the road 5 mins max we found this by accident I have travelled for 40 years as a family now as a couple and this hotel is prob the worst rooms I have ever stayed in !!! The staff were aware of the room as they agreed with us and knew what room we were in when we spoke to them Hotel looks OK from the outside and maybe the new rooms are different but unfortunately we didn't see or get to go in one of those Would I use again defiantly not

You get what you pay for. There is no indoor pool!( as advertised) Staff were very friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food adequate. Great resort but a bit of a trek to beach and other attractions.

me and my friend stayed 23rd to 27th Feb 2023. We were allocated a ground floor room very close to the main entrance. The room was small, but adequate and it was clean. There was an outside space but it didn't get any sun. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, evening meal not so good, there was choice but it was all luke warm and we didn't enjoy it, we ate out twice instead. The hotel is clean, a little dated but fine, unfortunately the bar was not open at all, you could get a drink at mealtimes but not even a coffee during the day, only vending machines available. To get in to the main town is a goof 20 minute walk down steep hills, and coming back is a good hour up the same steep hills. We walked up once, the other times we taxi'd but only 5 euros so no complaints. We would stay again as it was cheap and did all we needed it to do.
