Adrian Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel is on Playa Las Galgas in Tenerife. You can walk from the grounds directly onto the pebbly shore, which looks out towards the island of La Gomera. The hotel's palm tree-lined gardens are home to a heated infinity pool, as well as a second outdoor swimming pool. Kids can enjoy their own heated pool, and adults can relax on the sun terrace. There is a multi-sports court and tennis courts, or you can join in with an aqua aerobics class or game of beach volleyball. You can work out in the hotel gym or relax in the spa, which has a whirlpool, Turkish bath and sauna. You can also book treatments. There are four restaurants, three bars and a p‚tisserie, giving you a choice of places to eat and drink. The hotel hosts evening entertainment, typically including live music and shows. Adrian Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel runs a 24-hour shuttle service. If you want to explore more of the island, you can rent a car via the hotel. Costa Adeje's golf course is a short drive from the hotel, and the resort of Las Americas is within driving distance. Playa FanabÈ is also within driving distance of the hotel, with a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars overlooking its Blue Flag beach.

FanabÈ is 8.5km away, and, as well as its sandy Blue Flag beach, it has a promenade lined with cafes and boutiques. For shopping, Siam Mall is 12km, and has a range of well-known brands plus places to eat. Las Americas is 19km from the hotel. The resort is best known for its nightlife and choice of sandy beaches. Tenerife is just 97km long, and you can visit many of its attractions within a day. If you head inland, Mount Teide is 60km from Fanabe. You can take the cable car ride to the summit, or go for a guided walk in the hills.

There are two buffet restaurants, one offering breakfast and dinner and the other providing lunch. The two a la carte restaurants serve Spanish and Italian food in the evenings. The hotel has three bars including a poolside bar, and there's a patisserie serving cake and hot drinks. The hotel offers 24-hour room service.

There's a kids' club for children ages 4-12, and a nursery for younger children. The hotel has a playroom, playground and games room.

The children's pool and the whirlpool is part of the outdoor pool area but separated. The hotel has two outdoor pools, one of which is with salt water and heated all year round. There's also an indoor pool and a whirlpool is located in the spa and accessible for a fee or one free entrance for each double room with sea view or higher category.

The rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and a safe. There's satellite HD TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. You'll be provided with a bathrobe and slippers.

We have been staying here for 1 week in a junior suite room and HB. We really enjoyed the views, food was delicious, kid liked the water park. Also worth mentioning the heated swimming pool with sea water and direct access to the beach. Room was cleaned every day.

3rd Trip of Hopefully Many

We have just returned from our 3rd trip to RN, with our new baby in tow along with our 8 year old. The trip was delayed due to the pandemic the thought of the sea view from our junior suite had kept us going through lockdown lows and it was wonderful to finally return! There is something for all ages with classy infinity pools, high quality baby and kids club, kids waterpark and adventure play area and incredible view for Al fresco meals. The place is spotless, the service is excellent, they can't do enough for you. The room cleaning is incredible, the cleaners would pop in so quickly and make everything clean. The waiters and waitresses are so friendly to kids they all seem to genuinely love babies and children. We have already booked stay number 4 and hope to come for many years yet! Thank you Roca Nivaria!

Great stay in a wonderful oasis. We will be back.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our one week stay at the Roca Nivaria. We stayed on the 6th floor with the stunning ocean view (room 604). Location is excellent with the spectacular ocean views from the boardwalk surrounding hotel premises. There there is a couple of cafes, tourist shops in a walking distance (a supermarket just steps away from the hotel). Hotel premises are beautiful with the tastefully designed landscape. The heated infinity pool and lower level ocean facing pool are surrounded by palm trees and greenery. Free garage. You will need a car if you want to explore the island. Service was excellent, hotel personnel was courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. All rooms are facing the ocean with a large balcony including lounge chairs. Room was spacious, clean and functional. Breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent with a great variety of choices. The outdoors sitting was beautiful overlooking the hotel garden and the ocean. It was nice to have a dinner while watching a sunset. As per US standards this hotel would qualify as a 4 star hotel. We would definitely give 5 stars for premises, food and services, but 4 for rooms (simplistic design and lack of small conveniences, such as free refrigerator and daily free water) and hotel interior (could use some upgrade). We will be back!
