Fantastic hotel

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is excellent value for money. The location is excellent. However, most of all the staff are excellent. In particular, Elvis Martinez is amazing and nothing is too much trouble for him. In all my dealings with him he goes above and beyond. A total credit to the hotel.

Good but could be so much better

Stayed for 12 nights over Christmas and New Year. Lot of plus points and a few improvements required which would make this hotel so much better. Delighted to find we had a large balcony which we were not expecting and it made all the difference to us. The hotel is quiet and is not a lively holiday hotel which we really liked. Pool area quiet and always lots of beds. Room was clean and comfortable although we did have to ask for the bedding to be changed after 8 nights. It is classed as a business hotel yet the wifi doesn’t work this really needs to be sorted. It’s 2023 guys wifi is a necessity. The only other issue was the tv again this really needs updating . With no wifi and no tv channels in the room worth watching it really impacted our stay there were nights we wanted to chill out but with no wifi working or tv channels it wasn’t really possible. If these issues were fixed I’d return many times. On the whole we were pleased with our stay.

Good 3 star hotel

Generally this hotel is good, it was centrally located, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only improvement points are, breakfast needed little bit more variety and the wifi didnt work at all in the room, which didnt matter much as we had full mobile data available. I would also say this is a 3 star hotel, not too sure what its official rating is.
