This marvellous hotel is strategically located in Playa de las Américas, just a stone's throw from beautiful and stunning beaches where guests can truly relax under the sun. In the surrounding area, visitors will find several golf courses for their enjoyment and plenty of shopping and entertainment options, so that everyone can find what they really like. Surrounded by an extraordinary botanical garden and with excellent facilities, this establishment is the best accommodation option when travelling for business or leisure. All guest rooms are very comfortable and roomy, offering the perfect space for rest and relaxation. Standard ones include a flat-screen satellite TV and a balcony or terrace and there are accessible rooms available with a pool view. The hotel includes two fantastic outdoor pools, one of them heated in winter, apart from other services like evening shows.

Another brilliant week in our home from home hotel. We were met on arrival by Andrea on Reception who was very welcoming and friendly and she was very happy to tell us that our room was ready for us which was excellent. We had had a 6:30 flight so we were at the hotel well before check in time!! In no time at all and after a welcome glass of Cava we dropped our cases in the room, changed and our holiday began earlier than we thought and in no time we were on the sunbeds around the pool chilling with a beer. The hotel is immaculate and a credit to all the staff working there. You can tell that they pride themselves in making the customers happy and keeping the hotel upto the high standards expected from their many returning guests. We will see you all again soon Thank You all very much

Arrogant reception staff

If I could give you my best advice, Sack your reception staff. They are the most supercillious and arrogant I have ever encountered in 20 years of going all round Europe and Asia. Even when I phoned recently they were even the same then...Unbeleivable.

Very disapointing Visit not 4 star stanard

Having visited other four star hotels nearby based on positive customer reviews we choose Spring Hotel Vulcano to have a change as we noticed how beautiful it appeared on previous holidays. Reception area is beautiful and vibrant. Pool areas are really nice . We booked the Balance pool room view which gave us access to the infinity pool area. This was very good area offering free juices, water and beers. Our bedroom was clean and spacious and well maintained throughout our stay. The biggest disappointment was the buffet restaurant which the food resembled that of canteen standard. The selection and quality was the worst we have ever experienced and it never looked replenished and was cold.The service was poor and staff do not look happy in their jobs. I got pork skewers which were not cooked and when I brought it to waiters attention he proceeded to go get me more without any apology and said he would tell his manager. No follow up from manager!! Once again I mentioned this this to reception on departure and was told to write to Manager. It appears customer service and satisfaction is not priority .We choose to eat out after this. Evening entertainment was good but is geared towards Senior citizens and the bar lacks a holiday vibe and atmosphere. This hotel has so much potential but not for us.
