Ole Christmas
My second home!! My stay was perfect from start to finish. This was my 6th time at this hotel and I've booked my 7th,8th and 9th. The entertainment team are INCREDIBLE, and this hotel definitely wouldn't be the same without them. (Diego, Tamas, Manu and Atom) always interacting and really personable. Even on one day of rain they still made the day fun. Entertainment in the evening was a bit hit and miss, but still a few amazing acts (Elouisa especially). I just wish it stayed on for longer, it ended too soon. Bar service was always fast and friendly, the staff really bring an atmosphere to the room and really add an ambiance. Being all inclusive, i expected the drinks to be weak, however this is not the case!! In terms of staff, Pawel, Boby, Diaz(José), Bruno to name a few. The restaurant had a lot of variety, salad, cheeses, meats, pizza and pasta, followed by sweets. Some days were always better than others. Christmas Day was amazing and the staff couldn't do enough to help! My only request would be to maybe have a facility to heat the plates as the buffet style meant that the food had cooled down on the walk around. All in all, I love it. Such a friendly environment, a great place to be and I will be back for sure.
Good Holiday
This was our first holiday as a couple in 3 years what with Covid and trying to get the same time off from our jobs. Where to start. When we arrived at reception there was a bit of a disagreement going on with 2 receptionist which wasn’t a good start and shouldn’t be happening in front of guest, We were eventually served and we were upgraded to a superior suite from a suite which was really kind. After we did the booking in we were than asked if we wanted to hire beach towels, and than asked if we wanted to pay for the safe in our room, than asked if we wanted to upgrade to All inclusive at 5 euros each a day this was all before we got to our room and we were tired after our journey as we have been traveling since 2.30 am that morning so over 12 hours, come on let us get to our room first to relax and than we could of come down to reception to ask about them. Food was a bit hit and miss especially for dinner with chips everyday, breakfast was the best and a good choice. Our room 701 was nice but occasionally there was a smell of sewage, also can be a bit noisy with the road traffic and the homeless guy across the road kept shouting everyday but the balcony did have the sun all day. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes in the area. Most staff were friendly especially the room attendants but some of the restaurant staff need to smile more as some of them don’t even speak to you. Just wanted to give a special mention to Emile in the restaurant who was cooking the omelettes and eggs most mornings during our stay he is so friendly and always smiling and even spoke to my husband each day which was nice, he is an asset to the hotel. We did have lovely weather during our stay which was great.
Fabulous hotel! 1st visit!
So sooo impressed with this hotel! Just got back from 5 nights in Jan, we booked sea view half board. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, best I've ever seen. We went to the evening buffet twice when we were tired from walking and activities and it was pretty good considering we hadn't paid much to go half board (great pizza and salads!)! Hotel and rooms are immaculate, everything is cleaned every day. The staff are all really lovely and so organised. We got there at 1pm so they gave us drinks on arrival and keys for the shower room and luggage room and there our room was ready before 3pm. Bed was super comfy!! Looked like a brand new mattress. I was super surprised when the staff bought up a bottle of wine and glasses to my room on my birthday - they must have just known from my passport but I was so amazed I couldn't speak! Really close to siam park and mall, 15 minutes walk to Costa adeje beaches and about the same for Los Americas. We wufl recommend this hotel above all other hotels in the area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.
