Elba Premium Suites provides an adult-only haven within the same complex as the Royal Village Resort. Chill out on a deck chair or Balinese bed next to the large pool, with a cool beverage from Los Jameos. When it’s time to eat, El Mirador is free of children running around and playing games. It’s open for a buffet breakfast and then reopens for lunch and dinner. After your evening meal, you can relax with a glass of wine on the terrace, as the sunset turns to moonlight.
Guests of the Premium Suites also have access to all the other resort facilities including the spa, the gym, the French-themed La Brasserie restaurant, as well as the Italian La Nonna. If you book All Inclusive and are staying for seven nights or more, you can enjoy an included meal at one of these eateries. To keep it a child-free experience, you can savour your complimentary dinner on the designated adult-only night. When you feel like sunbathing on the beach or swimming in the open waters, getting there is easy, thanks to the complimentary shuttle bus to the golden Playa Dorada.
If you opt for a Junior Suite you will benefit from a large terrace, a Nespresso coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers and a ceiling fan, as well as all the facilities you would expect, including WiFi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Book a full Suite, with a separate spacious lounge, for that bit of extra space.
If your idea of an adult-only break is to have an adventure, you shouldn’t miss the nearby Museo Atlántico, this isn’t a museum about the Atlantic - it’s in it! Join a diving trip to see the sculptures and boat close up. If you’re not feeling that adventurous, you can opt for the harbour and bustling promenade, boasting lively bars and seafood restaurants. Lanzarote's famous dormant volcanoes are located in Timanfaya National Park, 20km away. It’s the only entirely geological Natural Park in Spain. If you want to see the impact of a volcano, visit Los Hervideros (15km away), where a spectacular formation of cliffs and caves, formed by lava, can be seen.

Great with some issues
A lovely stay at the Elba Premium Suites however a few issues why this isn’t a 5 star review. Great selection of All Inclusive drinks, actual names brands instead of cheap knock offs. The selection of cocktails weren’t amazing and looked pre-made. Room was lovely, spacious and clean however the shower leaked all over the bathroom. It seems like the seals below the shower door doesn’t work causing a slip hazard. Breakfast was okay. Hash browns and sausages tasted cheap, bacon was very hit and miss. Glasses often dirty with bits and fingerprints all over them. The continental options were tasty and orange juice was made from actual fresh orange juices. I can’t think of a reason not to stay here again
Disappointed and disturbed - Prestige what a joke
Arrived here for my husbands birthday and for him to have some family time on the island. On arrival they couldn’t find our booking even though we explained who we were and what we had booked. The lady on reception was most abrupt and unwelcoming!! We were asked if we had booked via jet2 and when we said we had the attitude got worse. We we were eventually give. Room keys and a map showing roughly where our room was and pretty much left to it. On arrival at the room it was spacious we had booked a Prestige Junior Suite, rainfall shower everything seemed fine. Water in the mini fridge. But on looking at what we were entitled to as part of our stay we realised it didn’t tie in witht he basis we had booked. We called reception but couldn’t get a response, my husband then walked up and stood in a queue to speak to a manager at this point I managed to speak tot he same woman who had checked us in explained that we believed there was an error only to be told that if we paid an extra €38 per person per night we could get the board basis we had already paid for at this point she hung up on me. My husband spoke to a man on the desk who said they couldn’t find our paperwork and did we have our booking information and accommodation hotel voucher in email which we did and upon seeing this apologised and change due to the board basis we had already booked and all seemed fine. As part of the prestige package you get to eat in the a la Carte restaurants nightly but this is impossible the steak restaurant only opens Saturday and Sunday and must be booked at 8am on the morning you want to visit it. We arrived Saturdays nd found this out mid day Sunday?? So no Steak restaurant for us. El Nonno restaurant we managed to booke for one night only and the only sitting we could get was at 9pm at night it closed at 10pm. The all inclusive option is quite misleading too. The drinks options ar every limited with guests expected to pay for any kind of variety so not quite all inclusive. Even the food options are not fully inclusive it isn’t just paying a supplement it’s paying for mostly everything. F you like a Mojito, Margarita or PinaColada then you’re fine any other cocktail you’ll pay for. House wine is fine but if you want a variety you’ll pay for it. A tad disappointing. We then realised our mini bar hadn’t been stocked with water or juice and asked for this to be done only to be told that they had decided to contact Jet2 and they said we were not prestige so therefore weren’t getting water or fridge or coffee replenished and we had after all had this for two days and it was in error. We went to speak to reception who directed us to Jet2 who we explained we wouldn’t speak to the reps on the island for private and personal reasons and showed them our paperwork once again. At one point we had three people speaking at us and then the gentleman who was dealing with us just walked away. I asked him if he would pay and extra £395 for two cans of Fanta a bottle of water and two beers, for access to a restaurant nightly that we couldn’t get access to or for a discount in a spa that anyone can use and he said “NO” so I said we would resolve this back in the UK and asked why when he had our documents did he not accept that we as the suit we were correct he couldn’t answer this. We offered to pay for the bottle of water the four Neaoresso capsules, 2 cans of Fanta and 2 beers and he said it wasn’t necessary. Since then we have not eaten a single meal in the hotel. We did try the adult only restaurant but the food is horrendous. We tried to go for breakfast in the main buffet restaurant but the man who is on the desk just keeps saying loudly your restaurant is upstairs to use that. Feeling embarrassed, let down and downright disgusted. Paid over £2000 for a week in Lanzarote what a waste of money. No manager to help us and feel like we have been treated like dirt since we arrived. All because the lady on the desk couldn’t be bothered sorting our booking when we arrived. I wonder does Jet2 have an issue with the Hotel or vice Versa?? Overall, pools are beautiful, hotel and rooms are really nice, entertainment at night is geared towards children and the adult entertainment lasts of Rome hour only in the evening, staff are not good and all inclusive or prestige are misleading!! Still here and can’t wait to leave. Everyone here is the same.
Couples relaxing holiday
Lovely, clean and well kept hotel. We stayed in the 'adults only Premium Suites. There was just a few things that let this hotel down ,but we still had a lovely weeks stay here and would recommend this hotel. Firstly the adults only suites are a bit misleading. The only thing that's separate from the main hotel is the accommodation (which is right next to the main 'family' pools), small pool and snack bar. Although we found it quiet enough just after New Year I can image this gets quite noisy in peak times. Breakfast and evening meals are serve in the restaurant above the main family restaurant, but lunch time meals are serve in the main restaurant ( not adults only). Even though the Premium suites states its adults only we did see children in the adults only accommodation and restaurant. I have seen other reviews highlighting this and the response from management is " they could be visiting grandparents " if this is the case then any visitors should be told to meet in the main family areas not adults only area. The food was good ( not excellent) , we always found the meat to be though, there was always a good selection of food, the waiters/waitresses were very good and intentive, always coming round to refill your drinks . I did read reviews on cockroachers in the restaurants but we NEVER once seen any. We had a meal booked in the La Brasserie, the La carte Restaurant there and would not recommend it at all. We had better food and service in the upstairs restaurant. The waiters were very abrupt, and for La carte I wouldn't expect the starter to be a buffet salad bar. We ordered the steak and it was tough and not very tasty with a bit of veg on the side, when asked if we could have some fries they were just plonked on the table would definitely not recommend this restaurant . The rooms are spacious and clean . Cleaners come in every day and are very friendly. It's about 15- 20 min walk to the main front area. 10mins from the aqua park , location wasn't bad . I would recommend this hotel , but it's a shame a few little things let it down .
