Firstly a huge thank you to Alberto, we had a problem with our booking but he quickly sorted it for us and we decided to upgrade to all inclusive that was definitely value for money. Thank you to Mailen from Cuba who served us in the restaurant, lovely, friendly lady who was very accommodating to our family when we arrived a little bit late for dinner. And Natalia who left our room perfect everyday. 2 of our children fell sick on holiday, the staff couldn't of made us feel more welcome. They helped us with getting to the hospital, they gave us free late check out and extended our all inclusive. Gestures like this made a stressful time that little bit easier. Hotel entertainment we enjoyed and the New Years gala was fabulous. We are definitely booking again for next year. The hotel pool area is spacious, modern and spotless! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not bad but not the best.

Not bad but Could’ve been better. Hotel room was lovely with a huge bed, comfy. Room made up every day, water replenished and little gifts left on bed a few of the days leading up to Xmas, chocolates Etc. Restaurant was ok, food wasn’t particularly warm though and none of the foods were marked with allergens. Sylvia was very helpful but not always available. Ended up going out for hot food on 3 evenings even though we were all inclusive. Christmas gala meal a disappointment. Apart from some table decorations and Turkey the buffet was the same as every other day. My partners biggest complaint was that there was no gravy! We did go for a drink in the upstairs bar one evening but again it was a bit of a let down. The seating was wet and we were told to sit on the beds, no offer to dry them off. We ended up turning the cushions over but as our clothes were wet already it ruined the experience. Plenty of sun loungers and beds, could do with them being cleaned between between people using them though. On the whole a nice holiday, but a few little niggles. Not sure of his name but one guy on reception was a bit arrogant, when we asked about the gala meal he was very condescending and spoke to us like we were stupid. Telling us we should’ve had the information on Check-in and when we asked questions he just kept telling us we had to book. Not helpful as we didn’t know where or when. Parents need to keep kids under control in the restaurant as well, too many fingers touching food and running around. Would’ve used the spa, but expensive and only given a 50% off voucher the day we were leaving.

Booked a stay due to its spa resort. Got the message at the location that spa will be closed all week. Wish we booked any other hotel. Food good for children but not the standard we expected. Okay pool area.
