A fine place to be!
The apartments were somewhat dated. But they were well clean. The food was good and varied and the service was friendly. The apartments are located near the beautiful yellow sandy beach. We liked the place very much.
Reception
When we checked into the hotel the man in reception was great and very polite, and the food was good they also had a help-yourself pool bar and the room was good. So we thought it was good until we were checking out our transfers to the airport was due at 13:22 so I gave the key to the room back at 12:00 and asked the reception if we could get an early lunch at 12:00 we were told NO you have to leave the hotel grounds at 12:00 so I and my wife who is 73 were outside on the street for one hour and twenty-two minutes they would not even let us sit by the pool and get a coffee or a drink of water. This is the worst customer service ever Kevin Potter
Late winter break
The hotel was fabulous. It was very clean in the complex and the general area. The receptionist named Carlos was so helpful with all our needs. We only went b&b and was glad about that as other guest complained that the food was the same every night and very carb heavy. I have mobility issues and I must say that the hotel catered extremely well with ramps and I also requested a walk in shower which was also good. I don’t think it is family friendly as other than the pool there were no activities close to keep them entertained. I would go again to the hotel but not take the coach transfer which was horrific!
