What's the weather like on the Costa Blanca in September?

In September the region’s still lovely and warm, perfect for relaxing on the beach, swimming in the sea or exploring further inland. In September, the average temperature on the Costa Blanca is 25°C, rising to 28°C in the peak of the afternoon. Although the high season has passed, the sun’s still very strong so make sure you protect yourself, especially in the direct sunlight. Around 40mm of rain’s expected this month, so although there’s a chance of wet weather, any showers will be short-lived. For days out on the beach, the Mediterranean waters are still a warm 24°C at this time of year, ideal for swimming, snorkelling or even scuba diving. After the sun goes down, temperatures dip to a low of 18°C.
