What's the weather like on the Costa Blanca in June?
Located along southern Spain’s Mediterranean coastline, the Costa Blanca is a popular destination for relaxing beach holidays. It has a climate which brings hot, dry summers and mild, damp winters to the region, and things are starting to feel very hot in June. It’s nearly the peak of summer at this time and you can expect lots of sunshine if you visit this month. The weather’s great at this time, and there are fewer crowds than over the peak months.Averages
In June, the average temperature on the Costa Blanca is 25ºC, reaching a high of 27ºC in the hottest part of the day. With these temperatures and ten hours of sunshine each day, you’ll need to pack plenty of sun cream for the beach. Temperatures cool off to around 17ºC after the sun sets, which is great for evenings out at Costa Blanca’s bars and restaurants. Just 10mm of rain’s forecast for the month, so there’s hardly any chance of wet weather affecting your holiday. If you want to go for a swim in the Mediterranean Sea, the water’s an inviting 20ºC in June.
