    Seychelles weather July

What’s the weather like in the Seychelles in July?

Sitting in the Indian Ocean to the east of Africa, the Seychelles is a 115-island country with a tropical climate. This means there’s year round heat and humidity. The islands are wet between December and March, but July is both the coolest and driest month of the year. Although temperatures are slightly lower at this time of year, there’s still plenty of sunshine to soak up on the beautiful beaches as you enjoy the tropical heat.

    Averages

The Seychelles experiences consistent temperatures during July. With an average of 26°C and highs of 28°C on the largest island, Mahe, you’ll need to pack plenty of high factor sun cream. On average the temperatures only drop by 3°C to a low of 23°C, giving you a reason to get out and about in the evenings. When you return, you’ll be glad of air conditioning at your hotel. An average rainfall of 70mm means there are regular showers in July, but these are usually brief and light.
