    What’s the weather like in Petra in September?

    Petra weather in September is very warm, dry and sunny. It’s the final month of the high season, which means it’s your last chance to enjoy some of the highest temperatures of the year. You’ve also arrived on time to enjoy a nice swim in the sea before the water gets colder in autumn.

    Petra is a laid-back fishing village cradled in the northern coast of Lesbos. It’s a historical village and home to some of the best landmarks on the island, including the Panagia Glykofilousa. Sink your feet into soft golden sands and enjoy a relaxing swim in the turquoise bay. When the sun goes down, the party is just getting started. Petra’s nightlife is always buzzing and you have a great range of seafront tavernas, bars and clubs to choose from.
