Excellent hotel! Rooms spotless and had a fantastic view from high floor balcony. Great position for exploring Funchal and local lido area. Staff brilliant and so obliging. Facilities are superb and have everything you may require and the gardens are beautiful.

Spent a week here with a friend to celebrate an upcoming special birthday. Staff were wonderful, facilities first class and the whole place exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend. Can’t think of anything that could be improved which says a lot.

This hotel complex continues to appeal. The staff, service, rooms and restaurants are first rate. We enjoyed the pools and the location of the hotel. There are shops nearby as well as a supermarket where we could by items for our daily picknics.
