Not great - Very worn out. Great location.

We booked this hotel for the location and the swimming pool which has a great view, we didn't used it much because the water was too cold (fair enough). A part from the facade and the reception, the hotel is very worn out with stains on the carpets and walls peeling off. Doesn't provide a nice experience. The breakfast was not great either, relatively good selection but ugly room and powder eggs. Also one of the staff manhandled my six-year-old when we were playing in the mirrors. I guess we annoyed her by leaving a finger print, but she had no right of touching him and pushing him away.

Basically there’s very little VIP about this hotel. Nice roof top pool, great location in terms of proximity to bus, rail and metro network. Fantastically renovated exterior doesn’t match up to the dated and somewhat cramped interior. + + + Kitchenette Roof Top Pool Bed Linen - - - Dated decor (think 70s/80s) Insufficient lighting Cramped lifts Creaky fixtures (e.g. bidet)

Kind staff and great location

Closeby the Hard Rock Cafe Lisbon, it was very close to the center of the city. Walkable to the main tourist attractions in the Tejo River area, around praça do comércio area. Big room with a very old bathroom but all okay. The swimming pool is the best. They even offered me for free a cupcake at my birthday!
