WIFI DOESN'T WORK

If you come here for business or Holiday trying to connect to the internet was a nightmare. Everytime we mentioned to reception nothing was done to correct the signal, I think they may know about this continued problem. Not good for customer satisfaction, this wasted all our time not being able to connect and book tours etc and do business online.

If you don’t like sleeping, stay here!

The breakfast which was 10 euros a day is incredibly poor, only hot option being toast which is frankly a cheap option, a few cakes and a bit of fruit. We had a room facing the road and the noise was ridiculous every night bin men collecting bottles/rubbish at 2am! We had zero sleep and the aircon didn’t work, the only reason this isn’t a one star review is the staff were friendly and helpful! Wouldn’t stay here.

Stayed on a long layover home just to be able to see some of Lisbon. Was very disappointed with this property. The area seemed alittle "off the beaten path" first of all so not easy to really get to any of the sights by just walking. It also didn't seem like an area we wanted to walk much in anyway. Our room was in the sub basement and was only marginal. The shower was warm and that's about all I can say on the positive side. Even had to pay extra if you wanted breakfast. Don't plan on visiting again, but our over all experience in Lisbon did not make us want to spend more time there than we had to.
