Amazing and so beautiful hotel. All the staff is very kind. Me and my wife are so happy with the experience. We want live the experience again. The breakfast is so good. The rooms is very clean and comfortable.

That was an amazing stay with them. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Another good point, only 20 minutes from airport and you can go by feet to the Belem Tower Area, Tejo Electric Museum, Pastéis de Belem restaurant and new Pier with a lot of restaurants.

The hotel's entrance, garden and lobby are indeed very beautiful as it is an old palace. The room was fairly large and clean. Breakfast was nice; just a bit cold on supposedly hot items. The service was sporadic; somedays very good some other days incomplete. The reception desk people were very helpful and pleasant.
