This charming family-run hotel is excellently situated just off the Avenida da Liberdade with its elegant shopping facilities and the Avenida Metro Station. The historic centre with its famous attractions such as Praça do Rossio, Praça do Comércio, elevator of Santa Justa, Castle of São Jorge and the river banks of the Tagus are within walking distance. Splendid Hotel.

Lisbon is a beautiful city. We stayed in the Lisboa Plaza for 4 days. our stay was splendid! We had a nice, spacious room, very clean. The breakfast was perfect, so many choice. But certainly the staff I would like to mention, all of them so friendly, helpful. all services the hotel is offering we have no remarks!

Great value and location

The location is idea near to several Metro stations,from the first greeting till we left 5 days later everyone was helpful and professional with a friendly twist.The rooms were well appointed and spacious, cleaned daily to a good standard. Breakfast was a feast with plenty of choice for different tastes. No tea or coffee in the room but 24/7 in the lounge which we found better. If we are ever back in Lisbon we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

This small boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon is a true standout! My husband and I spent 2 nights and are excited to return for another 2 nights in May. Our room was immaculate, the bed extremely comfortable with high quality bedding, and the towels fluffy and absorbent (and spotless as well). The shower was great with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We especially appreciated the fabulous breakfast which included everything from fresh, flaky croissants and other wonderful bread to a selection of meats and cheeses, sardines and other savory items, to fresh fruit, oatmeal, and delicious syrup-soaked orange cake (and more). The staff were friendly and very helpful and kind. We received a free entrance to a notable museum and when we return in May, we'll be sure to take advantage of that. We'll also visit the rooftop terrace which we didn't have a chance to see. Our only wish was that the room had been a bit warmer. A staff person came to help with the heater, and it did get warmer after that, but like most U.S Americans, we're accustomed to central heating and realize that is an unrealistic standard in Europe. The family-owned Hotel Lisboa Plaza is a gem. Highly recommend!
