Great hotel in Ponta Delgado. Staff are very friendly and willing to please. Buffet breakfast was really good…lots of variety. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Wi- if works very well. Pool and hot tub area is small for the size of hotel. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. I wish the gym opened before 9:30 am.

Great hotel in Azores island! Excellent service. Very clean! The hotel is very well located. Wi-Fi works very well. The breakfast is very good with various things. The bed is very good and you will sleep very comfortable. Amazing stay and I will go again!

Adequate, not outstanding

This hotel is just okay - rooms are fine, the bed is fine, the staff polite. But there is nothing to make it outstanding. And the breakfast is a madhouse if you happen to be unlucky enough to stay there when there is also a tour group there. The food is mediocre to begin with, and to feel like you are having to fight for your spot in line makes it even worse. The location is also just okay - it's a bit of a walk to either the waterfront or the central part of town.
