Vila Gale Marina

Vila Gale Marina is an All Inclusive hotel steps from the beach on Portugal's southern coastline. The hotel is in a popular area opposite the bustling Vilamoura marina. It's also near an 18-hole golf course where you can hire equipment for a game in the sunshine. At the hotel, you can spend the day unwinding on the spacious sun terrace around the outdoor pool, enjoy a cooling swim or sit for a while in the bubbling outdoor whirlpool. If you fancy something to drink while soaking up the sunshine, there's a poolside cafe with pool waiter service. From here, you can order tea, coffee and ice cream as well as light bites such as pizza and sandwiches. For a break from the sunshine, you could relax in the hotel's spa where there's also an indoor pool. To feel truly pampered, you can arrange to have a massage or to detox in the steamy Turkish bath. If you prefer something more active, there are aqua aerobics classes to join. The hotel also has a gym, multi-sports court, tennis court and mini golf course. As well the poolside bar, the hotel also has a lounge bar that's open until late. For meals, you can visit the buffet restaurant or order from the menu in the ala carte restaurant.

A 100m walk from the hotel will lead you to Vilamoura's beach. This long stretch of sand runs west from the harbour to the traditional fishing village of Quarteira. By the hotel is the town's yacht-filled marina and promenade. Here, you can stroll around the shops with an ice cream, sit in one of the bars to listen to jazz or dine in one of the restaurants serving seafood and local cuisine. Fans of golf have several courses to choose from including one 300m from the hotel. Another is designed for adults and kids.

While at the hotel, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the bright and airy buffet restaurant that's decorated with polished marble floors. Dinner is also available to order in the ala carte restaurant. During the day, drinks including beer, wine and cocktails are served at the two bars.

Most nights the hotel provides entertainment such as live music. There's also table tennis and pool to play and a playroom for the kids.

Rooms have a modern decor with contemporary wooden furnishings. Each has an outdoor dining area and a sofa bed. They also have a minibar and air conditioning.
