Stay spoiled by drunken golf parties.

This hotel is not on the beach we paid extra for a sea view which was somewhat distant. The furniture in our room was rather tired and the bar in our room was not stocked. Disappointed with Jet2 description, not good value for money or child friendly due to the constant coming and going of all male golf parties. The drunken golfers were around the swimming pool for most of the day and their behavior was appalling, the managent did nothing to deter this and twice we were woken at 4.0am with shouting and screaming and people being thrown into the pool.

We stayed here for one night, as our flight had been cancelled and we had to book somewhere quickly to get out of the airport. The man on reception was lovely, very friendly, sympathetic and helpful. He helped us book in and advised us where to get food - even though it was very late in the night. The room was just awful. It was very, very dated. Dark decor and fittings made the room feel quite oppressive. The bathroom smelled of urine. The sofa-beds were really uncomfortable and there were no pillows provided. The noise from outside made it very hard to fall asleep. The breakfast was quite good. Lots of choice and plenty of food. I have given 2 stars - one because the man at reception was so helpful, and one because breakfast was good. Apart from that - it was really very poor. Having looked at other photos - our room looked nothing like others photographed. I don't know if we were given such a bad room because it was short notice, but if this is the case then I wouldn't have expected to pay so much!

We have visited this hotel for the past 20 years both with ours boys as little ones through to us visiting on our own or with family and friends. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and we are booking again for April 23. The staff, Jose, Paula, Fernando, Manuel and the lovely front desk staff are just simply amazing, friendly, attentive and we class them all as our lovely friends. Thank you. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed, pool towels available, beautiful pool, the list goes on. Once again thank you all for yet another amazing holiday, just love it!! Pete & Nikki Jones
