Located in Areias de São João, this modern apart hotel is within a short stroll from the marvellous beach of Praia da Oura and a large variety of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs. The old town of Albufeira, other beaches such as Praia de Santa Eulália or Praia dos Pescadores and various excellent golf courses are within easy reach. Faro International Airport is about 40 km away. This property was renovated in 2010 raising 5-storey building with 15 units. Each apartment is fitted with satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box, kitchenette, hair dryer and bath amenities. Guests can enjoy sunbathing with sunbeds and sunshades on a terrace or relax in a wonderful swimming pool.

Excellent apts, 10 of us stayed here on a short break and all were of the same opinion. Definetely 4 star standard and for the price we paid excellent value, Rooms are spacious and well equipped for self catering, all have a partial sea view/ pool view. Can't recommend highly enough!

Lovely hotel

We arrived on 31st Dec,unfortunately, a family problems arose.The hotel moved me,from a one bedroom, into a double bedroom, at no extra cost to my family. They then let my daughters ,whom had flown over to be with me, Stay free of charge. The reception staff were amazing, couldn't have been anymore sympathetic with our predicament, helping us with all paperwork/translation issues that arose. Would recommend this hotel to anybody, clean, cheerful staff,cleaned daily.

Stayed at Tropical Sol hotel in Albufeira. My husband has probs with balance/ walking so asked for an appt with no steps involved and a shower. Stayed at number 6.Staff were brill and came to clean every other day/ replace towels. Shower/water flow is great and it has a grab rail - they even supplied a bath mat when asked. Reception desk were very helpful too. There’s a supermarket about 400m away- and a fab bakery around the corner. Main shops are up the hill. Will definitely return next yr
