Ok but nothing truly memorable apart from the wild animal session!

Hotel chosen for family reunion. Rooms were a decent size and cleaned well, There was an endless supply of food and drink. Special activities were organised for the kids including close up sessions with reptiles but I'm not entirely happy that my child was allowed to hold a snake alone, and without a parent nearby. He was delighted, me not so much!

Not really a five-star hotel

The room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. My only complaint about this all-inclusive hotel was the food. They tried to have a high standard – I had duck and octopus for dinner – but it was buffet food, and I couldn’t escape the feeling that I was eating at a three-star all-inclusive, not a five-star. After saying that, the staff in the main dining hall were excellent – attentive with wine and water refills. Also, there was a problem with the shuttle to the beach while we were there and no signage to notify guests. When we finally got there it turned out to be a beautiful and clean beach (you have to pay for loungers), but not worth the hassle of getting there, so we just used the hotel pools after that which are also nice and clean.

Stayed for 4 nights, again, our 5th visit to this hotel. Positives: * High quality food and professional staff in Moonlight dinner a la carte * Very nice semi a la carte lunch; * 2 bedroom sea view suites are perfect for families with 2 bathrooms and very clean and fully stocked with amenities; * Premium drinks included at all bars; * Nice live entertainment in lobby every night from march to October; * Fantastic spa (no children allowed under 12) with everything you need; * Great Kids Club (not secure) with some nice activities and themes; * Easy to request glasses of milk for children for night time! * Free regular all day road train to beach Negatives: * None ! Suggestions: * Allow families in Spa indoor pool only at certain times of the day and for a charge, i.e. weekdays 10am to 12pm. Would we return? Yes!
