A nice break in a well situated hotel.

A weeks stay in this hotel, we’ve been in the area before but not this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, some of the fittings are a bit dated but it’s all functional and comfortable. The pool was cold despite the 25-28 degree temperature. The entertainment wasn’t great but there’s enough around the hotel to keep you entertained. We were all inclusive, this is where the hotel lets itself down. The food was probably the worst all inclusive we’ve had. Not a great selection and odd things like peppers for breakfast. The food was edible, just not great selection or quality. There wasn’t a great deal of choice with the alcohol that’s included in the all inclusive. All in a nice clean hotel let down a bit by the catering.

i came to hotel with my family and i found hotel is perfectly clean, it was very warm welcome for us in the reception. team was perfect ready to greet cheerfully with smile ..Room was spacious enough to have very homely atmosphere Nice balcony pool and beach view, well maintained. Restaurant staff was very fantastic always will to help you in terms of food and services Although i had small baby member so chefs has taken well care of him by making the baby food . The food was so yummy with a lot of varieties Although it was 3 days trip we could not able to get their other different themed nights food we gonna miss that Last but not the Least Mr Rajesh the GM of the hotel is also set of example of true hospitality by leading the team of different departments for the perfection Either reception ,cleaning , restaurant or food everything has been balanced in such a way that people love to come back and feel the hospitality I do believe it’s strongly recommended for the people who want to come to albufeira and enjoy the MGM hospitality culture

The food at the sushi and sake restaurant was very good. Madhav and Dino served us very nicely. Very attentive. The best experience so far at the hotel. Would highly recommend this experience if your staying at the hotel. Thanks for your service
