It costs 5 euros for a wash and another 5 euros for the dryer. I opened the dryer to add another item and this disabled the dryer on opening. Went to the front desk and explained what happened and was told that of course it would end the cycle if the dryer was opened and I should have known this. Was spoken to as if I am a simpleton and was not refunded the 5 euros. Extremely poor customer service.

Still the best located accommodation I have ever stayed in. A few maintenance issues this time but all issues dealt with efficiently. Long serving staff as lovely as ever. Found two new restaurants to use this time.

Fantastic, had a deluxe apartment with a sea/pool view, Planning to go back next winter, large apartment with great facilities, lovely balcony with amazing view over the sea, can't wait to go back again. Arabella was so helpful.
