1st time to Portugal, spent 4 nights at falesia in August and loved it that much have booked for 11 nights July 2023. You could hear a pin drop around the pool Loved the walk through pine cliffs to the most beautiful, peaceful beach I’ve ever been on. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. Staff so friendly. Entertainment at night was ok. A handful of restaurants nearby. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday book this hotel

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision to come here. Everything was just perfect for us, the way we were greeted, the room, very comfortable beds, the food was superb. All the staff, especially Tina in the restaurant, were all incredibly nice. Our room was kept spotless by all the cleaning ladies, they are a credit to the hotel. Yes, it's quiet, which is just what we wanted, and if people actually researched it before booking, they would know what to expect. The grounds are kept immaculate, and were a joy to wander around, thankyou to all the hidden staff as well, you ALL help make this one of the best hotels we have stayed in, Yes, the reception furniture could do with replacing, but that is the smallest detail. Everything else was just wonderful, we have already booked to come back in 6 months! Thankyou to ALL the staff for making our holiday just perfect, I hope the management appreciate you all!

Brilliant hotel

I loved staying at this hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. The food is good. There is a varied drinks menu. There is a large outdoor pool and a smaller indoor pool. Plenty of sun beds. If you want a chilled and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you. In terms of location, there are a few restaurants nearby. There are steps to the right as you leave the hotel, which is the quickest way to access these. I would recommend Salt and Pepper Pizzeria and Taste of Punjab. You can also walk to Olhos de Agua which is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel (head left). This has a few more shops and restaurants. We walked through the hotel next door to access the beach. Just follow the path through the Pine Cliffs hotel and you get to an elevator down to the beach. There is also a shuttle bus from the hotel which runs a few times a day. I would recommend visiting Albufeira and Vilamoura. Overall we had a great stay and we would love to return to this hotel.
