Amazing!...The best hotel I have ever stayed in!

I was ready to write a review after setting foot in the room! Really impressed with everything, when we got dropped off from the airport me and my partner were like 'WOW! From stepping foot inside the hotel till we left we were both happy with everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and we were given lots of information for things to do/ tours available. The lobby and downstairs was so colourful and quirky, also very clean. Now onto the room... Yes yes yes!... Colourful, exceptionally clean, very quiet and the beds are so comfy... the best sleep I have had in a long time! The location is in walking distance of Old Town which we wanted and there is also tram stops right outside. Perfect! Breakfast had everything for everyone, staff there to great us each morning with a big smile. Only downside is that we only had 3 nights here and we should have booked for longer. When we are next in Krakow we will definitely be booking this hotel again, and we will be telling our friends that want to visit Krakow to book here. Thank you to all the friendly staff for an amazing stay! :)

Amazing hotel, incredible staff. 5* stay

We have just returned home from the best city break in Krakow. Inx design hotel was incredible. The staff were amazing, couldn’t do anymore for you our room was spotless, cleaned and everything topped up daily. can order amazing cocktails to your room from the bar, which we also sat in for a drink. Loads of options at breakfast, overall there is nothing we can fault and when returning to Krakow we will definitely stay here, thanks so much.

We're just back from a 4 night stay at the Inx Design Hotel in Krakow Poland. From being greeted warmly at Reception, seeing the cleanliness of the hotel and room, to comfortable beds (that don't creak or squeak) to a fabulous breakfast we have had a very enjoyable stay. The hot food was varied but always bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, some days with pancakes, other days with aubergine/mushroom/onion medley, a host of cold meats, sushi, cheeses, breads, cereals, croissants and cakes, yogurts and more and you could ask for eggs cooked to your choice if required it was an ideal break for my friend and myself. i managed to take the incorrect phone charger with me and the hotel loaned me one for the duration of our stay. This morning we were leaving before breakfast service started and waiting for us was a fab selection of items to carry with us. This is a 4 star establishment and it's well worth the rating it was given.
