Daniel at the pool was our waiter. Very friendly. Helped us out of a jam. is always kind and smiling. My wife adores the man. He made our stay here special. He is quick to help his command of English as a second language is admirable. He went above and beyond the minimum

Nice resort, conveniently located

The resort was fine. It's geared more toward families with children as they have a lot of activities for children. We asked for 2 double beds, but the resort was unable to accommodate us, so one had to use the bed and the other had to sleep on a pull-out couch without padding the first night. Padding was brought for the couch on the 2nd night. The restaurants at the resort are very expensive and the food is so-so. Breakfast buffet for 3 was approx. $115 which included taxes and gratuity. Luckily, there is a "Food Park" directly across the street and there are plenty of places to eat at Plaza Caracoles a couple of blocks from the resort. The resort is a little dated, but the view toward the beach is amazing and it's very conveniently located as there is so much to do close by. Staff was super nice and helpful.

First time in Mexico . Alex, service poolside was wonderful. He was very attentive to all of the request and needs. I will return to this hotel because of his service. Every request for all my drinks he meet! Thank you Alex!!
