This hotel is located near the city centre (around 1 km away) and about 5 km from the nearest beach. Shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs can be found approximately 50 m away, as well as public transport connections, 100 m away, are all within easy access to the hotel. Built in 1800, this hotel was renovated in 2010 and includes a total of 15 rooms spread over 2 floors. Awaiting guests is a lobby with a 24-hour reception and a safe. Further facilities include a bar and a café. Room service is also available. The comfortable, air-conditioned, en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a king-sized double bed and individually regulated heating. Wonderful stay in a cozy hotel

Staff is really friendly and the receptionist on the night shift helped us by giving choises to go to dinner that were really good. The hotel is cozy and really clean so we recomend to other people. Localization is really good since its nearby santa lucia train station 5 minutes walking ( you can take train there to other cities). Lovely hidden gem in VENICE!

This hotel is a hidden gem! Rooms are newly renovated and spotless. Bed is comfortable and the room overlooks trees and plants. After an overnight flight from the states, we were grateful they were able to give us an early check in. There is also a lovely outdoor patio and breakfast room on the main floor. Close to train station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an authentic Venice hotel with superior service.

We chose this hotel because it is 3 min from the train station and other closeby available hotels had even worse reviews. I was surprised that our 16m2 room was quite spacious (we had 2 big golf travel bags). Room has everything you need. Our room (we had room with terrace) faced some big green courtyard so I had very good sleep. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom looked good (I guess some repairment could be done recently, no molding etc like some older reviews have stated). Breakfast is typical Italian. Good coffee. We arrived very late and we were expected. We received very good service (my friend had a birthday and they organized quickly fliwers and bottle of prosecco during the breakfast). Decent 3 start hotel!
