Affordable Luxury and Safe for Solo Travelers

I stayed as a solo traveler from the U.S. The moment I opened the door, the interior decor looked amazing, luxurious, and super clean! I felt like a princess or in the Marie Antoinette time era with the paintings on the wall. Hotel Ai Reali includes breakfast, a secure safe to store your passport, and there is both an ATM and water taxi entrance/exit for your convenience. The front desk staff was super helpful. Nicholas was great at providing directions to recommended Murano glass stores and Gelato. He also gave advice on the best time when to go to Murano island. Alessandro also helped me schedule a taxi on my checkout day, making it a smooth transition. Depending on the time of year, hotels in Italy don't use AC. The last hotel I stayed at only kept the heat on because it was considered the winter season in mid-March. However, Hotel Ai Reali was one of the FEW hotels in Italy that had a working AC that even converted the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit, which was more U.S. friendly. The default setting has the AC on until the temperature reaches 69.5 degrees Fahrenheit then the AC turns off. When the room got too cold, I was able to turn the heat on by increasing the Fahrenheit. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Venice!

Luxurious, Central, Terrific Staff

This is a simply gorgeous hotel, situated right in the heart of Venice in the San Marco area. We had luxurious room over looking the canal. It has all the modern appointments and old world charm. The greatest experience was the staff - nothing was too much trouble. They arranged dinner reservations at some of the nicest restaurants in Venice. As a gay couple we felt very welcome and safe. Thank you for a memorable and magnificent stay. We will be back in future.

Beautiful Hotel, ideally located

We booked this as an "Upgraded" treat for a 3 night trip. The Hotel was everything it looked, stylish, beautifully maintained with attentive and really friendly staff. The location could not have possibly been better, 2 mins from Rialto bridge and 10 mins slow walk from St Marks and everywhere else. The room was incredible and when we go back, we would not stay in any other hotel.
