I stayed here with my friend and two children aged 5 & 13. Can’t fault the hotel I found the variety of food good at all times. The gnocchi in particular was my favourite. I have got to mention the two lifeguards/entertainment who were fantastic with my son giving him a tshirt and cap which he was thrilled about. Staff all seemed friendly enough. Evening Entertainment wasn’t great, but it was end of season. A lot of people sat in lounge in the evenings which was a nice atmosphere. Could of had some music on around the pool for a better vibe. Overall lovely first experience of Sicily. Not the hotel but taxis are an absolute fortune. 25 euro to go around 2.5km. The hotel also has a shuttle regularly to the beach which is good. I would definitely return to this hotel. No issues at all. All inclusive drinks a good selection, red wine delicious and on tap prosecco which was nice. Hotel a little dated but to be honest it added to the experience and I liked it.

Lovely stay with very helpful friendly staff

The hotel staff were really friendly and brilliant with my elderly mum; going out of their way to be kind to her. The food was excellent and lots of variety each day. The grounds were also very relaxing. The only thing that stops me giving 5 stars, which is a real shame as everything else was great, was that towels were stained on 3 occasions during the week which is, I'm guessing an issue with their laundry company not the hotel itself. Staff were very apologetic and changed towels immediately. Would definitely stay there again!

My friend stayed at this hotel for 4 nights all inclusive. It was a lovely if a little dated hotel. The room with a mini garden was lovely and we could chill out after a day sightseeing. Food was good if you are a big meat eater you may struggle. Pasta risotto and grilled vegetables was amazing and tasty. The drinks were good too proper makes and bottles of wine lovely aperol spritz procecco etc. pool area really elegant with beds and seating around. The vibe was very relaxed. Now the staff - reception very efficient as well as those in the dining room . Bar staff need to go to the hotel Yaramar in Spain for some training on how to SMILE and make people welcome.never been to a hotel with such gloomy people behind the bar Shame as so much about this place is good.
