The hotel was lovely as were the staff. A few comments on the room that we shared, most important the toilet lid that you put down was missing. There were no hooks to hang things to dry etc. There were no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries etc.

Excellent hotel set in a stunning location. Friendly staff and good service. Good choice of hot or cold food for breakfast and lovely three course dinner. Nice clean room with views. Cleanliness maintained every day by hardworking staff.

Beautiful setting with amazing views. Weather was disappointing therefore if the outside Jacuzzi was heated it would have been possible to enjoy the outside area Also some outdoor heaters near the bar would have been nice. Francesca was amazing but would have liked more treatments especially when the weather was bad and thee was not much else to do. Therefore another member of staff for the spa would have been a good idea. Also there is no evening entertainment which is needed for a hotel that is so far from anything else. A pianist to make use of the piano in the bar maybe .
