This lovely hotel is located in the amazing city of Rome, Italy. The Rome Ciampino Airport is about 30-minute car ride away from the complex. There are many very famous cultural and historical sights that guests cannot miss visiting, the well-known Trevi Fountain, the Coliseum and the Piazza di Spagna are some of them which are conveniently situated at a walking distance. The property is surrounded by several trendy restaurants, lovely café and bars perfect to spend a nice evening a having a delicious meal or a coffee. There are also a wide variety of shops that are ideal to look for souvenirs or gifts. The rooms are going to leave each traveller satisfied not only for their comfort and amenities, but for their unique atmosphere, they are decorated with a creative Italian design and vivid colours that create a cosy and pleasant feeling.

Checking into hotel was smooth and staff were helpful with any questions we had or where to visit for food etc. Room was average size but quite dark and extremely warm and the air con in our room did not work. The TV did not have any English speaking channels and I wasn’t tall enough to open the window to let fresh air in as the ceiling and windows are very tall. During our first night when it rained, it was quite noisy as some of the hotel exterior was made from tin or metal so when the rain hit this it did keep me awake (similar sound to a small stone being thrown onto something of this kind). But there was no noise or disturbance from passers by or traffic, all in all it is a quiet location within close walking distance of everything. Breakfast is a selection of brushcetta, fruit, yoghurt, meats, pastries, bread and cakes complimented with hot and cold drinks which we enjoyed and is worth including in the stay in my opinion. For 2 out of 3 nights the WiFi in our room did not connect. In the lobby this was not a problem however upon entering our room and putting in the same password it told us this was the incorrect password. Staff were notified and we were told an engineer will take a look the following day. The following day we still encountered the same problems and staff dismissed this as it being a problem with our phones rather than the WiFi. I think that the problem was with the WiFi strength boosters not working which is a real shame seeing as one of the main sellers of this hotel is high speed WiFi which I know it uses in its advertisements. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom facilities were good and the cleaners did a good job making up the room. All in all I had a good stay here but I would not go back. I rate this hotel 3.5 stars as I feel it was slightly on the basic side and could of ticked more boxes but did not execute this.

Absolutely terrible experience

I checked in with hotel on Tuesday the rooms are very dark and I was just wanting to go out and explore that day it wasn’t until Wednesday I realised there was a crack in table I notified staff straight away and made it clear i never did this,the next day I was treated a lot different to the day before after notifying them about this. The staff then started to talk in front of me looking over at me which i found very intimidating as I don’t understand the language and also the face expressions were very telling. The following morning upon ordering my bfast which I paid for I advance I was told I could only have two eggs and toast and I’d have to pay if I wanted anymore ? I felt a really bad vibe from one of the staff members but I was focused on enjoying my holiday and exploring Rome. Fast forward this morning literally ten mins ago I was told I was being charged 100 euros for something I never done I asked to speak with manager and at that point another lady came down to the desk absolutely distraught with the quality of bedding she recieved at this point I was ignored by reception staff and the lady (who was quite distraught) become focal point…I’ve left absolutely gutted that I have been blamed for this and on top of it I told them this hazard on Wednesday they left me in the room for the remaining two days with open smashed glass and a massive health and safety hazard. I have enclosed video footage of the shambolic mess of wires hanging out of the tv and proof just how hard it is to see this in said lighting of room. Please if you are going to book this place bare this in mind. The only good thing was there were two or three ladies and gentleman who worked there that were lovely and I begrudgingly wrote this but I had to. Photos enclosed

Amazing hotel

I usually just read reviews but had to comment as this hotel was lovely! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so warm too which was great as it was freezing outside! Breakfast was great. Loads of choice of continental and cooked. There is a nice undercover area out the front with nice seating and they serve you there too. They best location. 10 min walk to trevi, 10 mins to colosseum. The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Really powerful and always hot! Staff were really attentive and helped. Check out was 11am but she said 11.30 would also be fine! Def stay at this hotel. We had room no 211 which had a small balcony too
