Christmas Day stay

Our family enjoyed staying at this hotel for a one night stay Christmas night 2022. The hotel is in a fantastic location - very close to the Spanish Steps area, a short walk to shopping, Piazza de Popolo and the Pantheon area. A small store is just down the street for forgotten items. Many restaurants are a short distance away. Our two rooms were clean, spacious enough, had decent bathrooms and comfortable beds - showers were a little small for our athletic sized and tall (6'3") son. The breakfast was fantastic and was well maintained - juices, coffee, eggs, meats, many pastry choices, fruit, yogurt, and deli meats. There is a rooftop area that you can access for taking pictures - not sure if it is used in warmer months. The hotel has a small elevator. We liked it so much that we are planning to stay here again on our next visit to Rome in April.

Dirty hotel with no safety rules

Awful experience!!! The hotel is dirty, no safety rules are kept By arriving no one helped us with the luggage In the room the floor is so dirty !!! If someone decided to go to toilet or do something in his room he sure you’ll hear everything Our room was separated with a door from another one and hole night I was hearing their coughing! It’s not 4 star hotel

We found this hotel to be very convenient for our first stay in Rome. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable , The rooms were very clean and warm. The breakfast was superb too with large selection of dishes. Staff in the dining hall were very polite and very helpful too. Hotel Trevi Collection was the perfect hotel for our first stay in Rome
