The hotel's attractive location in downtown Rome and its convenience and vicinity to the Termini train station makes this lovely hotel great for families, providing spacious and comfortable rooms. It is located in an elegant building from the nineteenth century and is about 25-minute ride. From the glorious splendour of the past, the building has been preserved to present day in its original state, with splendid marble and an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the property before going out to explore the city. The rooms are nicely decorated and have all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The decor is gorgeous. The hotel and my room was immaculate comfortable bed and perfect linen. Breakfast selection in the breakfast room was BELLISSIMO so much to choose from ❤️ Thank you Mattia (at reception) for all your assistance with directions and kindness!! ❤️❤️❤️

The important question: would I stay there again? The equally important answer: NO! Booking.com rates 3* hotels from Superb and Fabulous all the way down to . . . Good (the lowest category). Choose Good and your main aim must be to save money because you can't afford anything nicer. Yes, it's handy for the Termini rail and bus stations but that's about it. What did I like about this hotel? Having given this some thought, I can't think of anything. It was just a disappointment right across the board. And buffet breakfast was a bit basic - in a dining room that looked like (as someone else said) student accommodation. A handle on the shower door would have been useful. Did I complain? What's the point?

Do not STAY at this Hotel. False advertised images.

Let's start by getting the pros out of the way.................. None. I booked this hotel because I was travelling with my mum and dad and I had liked the look of the images on the hotel website and was ideal to stay with my family. This was hardly the case. The images they used are false. The rooms of the hotel did not look anything it put on their website. This is a flee hole. Cons Where do I start....If TripAdvisor had a zero, I would give it for this hotel. By far the worst I hotel I have stayed in. * Old building - uninviting. Area is dirty. * Elevator mesh cage is full of dust. If you are allergic to dust, do not book here. * Stairwell carpet is dirty and old. * Bedroom was cramped for three people. * Bedsheets and pillow case were dirty. * Floor was not clean and full of dust under the bed. * Shower sink - during a shower, the water would take an age to filter down the sink hole. Water would rise above your feet. * There were marks on the mirror of the toilet and walls of the room. * Can here footsteps of other hotel guests above me loudly. If you are a light sleeper, not great. * Again, can hear other guests next door due to light walls. * Breakfast - no selection of food to eat. Breakfast room looked like university study room hall. I went out to eat breakfast. If you made it this far, do not stay at this hotel. Pay the extra money for comfort at a recognizable hotel.
