The photos on here are a little deceiving, it's down a little alleyway and the room we stayed in was neat but nothing like the ones in the photos here. Very quick breakfast on our last day, (coffee and a croissant) as there were barely any options at all. I wouldn't recommend paying for the breakfast. Location is ok.

Modern, compact hotel at great location

We visited Rome in July 2022 and stayed here for a week. The location of the hotel is super good, near the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore church. The rooms were tidy, bed and shower worked well, even though the bathroom was a bit too small for my taste. Also, the view from the window was not very inspiring as one could see only the neighboring building. Breakfast was unfortunately very limited to white toast and some pastry. Service was ok, but the English skills of the staff not the best. Overall, the experience was quite good but we expected a bit more as the cost was fairly expensive.

We traded our room for a top floor room to be across from our kids. That meant we forfeited the window but that was fine. The rooms have such design appeal. They are extremely comfortable with great AC. The wooden beams are a little low so my kids had to watch their heads but I was fine. The staff was very friendly although they did not know much to help. Breakfast was great with freshly made to order cappuccinos. The location was great with a quick walk to the train and/or subway station. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as sites.
