The hotel is clean and our hotel room was large for an inner city one. The amenities were average. There was a large wardrobe etc plus safety deposit box, however the hair dryer didn’t work and the shower curtain meant the floor got drenched after showers. There was also a slightly unpleasant smell from the sewage. The hotel is close to the termini metro, train station however, the area is not the nicest compared to other parts of Rome. (Graffiti, homeless, litter everywhere) If I was to come to Rome again, I would stay near the Spagna Metro Station.

Don't come here!! Literally I'd rather stay on the street.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very racist establishment, very rude staff, less of a hotel and more of dump, Filthy, semen everywhere if you stay blacklight is a must. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!! VERY EXPENSIVE SHOULD BE 1 STAR.

Terrible experience

The hotel looked great from pictures and lobby is certainly interesting. Unfortunately this is where the compliments end. I think I was racially profiled or at best incredibly rude front desk who questioned what I was doing in the hotel, had the security to follow me and tried to deny access to the lift. The hotel manager came and apologised. But his apology: “you know sometimes, erm we need to know the person, but you look like nice and proper” This has been a terrible experience, and I would reconsider your options before deciding to stay here
