Best Western Plus Hotel Spring House exceeded my expectations

The Best Western Plus Hotel Spring House in Rome was a fantastic choice for my stay. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and many of Rome's famous landmarks within walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Spring House exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

This was my first visit to Rome for the Rugby and not my last, the Hotel is excellent, staff are friendly, the Rooms are clean, enough for the my and my friend and the Breakfast was one of the best I've had, if there was anything on the negative it would have been nice for the Hotel to point guests of the best way to sight site i.e the Metro and where to purchase the tickets which we accidentally from another guest otherwise we wouldn't have known. I will be staying again and will definitely be recommending it to all my friends and family

We stayed at the Best Western Plus on 3/2/2023 to 3/7/2023. Every bit of service is top notch from the front desk, day and night crew, to the restaurant and to even the bartender and the cleaning personnel. Everybody did their jobs completely to the fullest. My wife and I appreciate the service that was given to us for our first time in Rome.
