It's near the banks of the Arno River, only 6 km from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The centre of Pisa and its railway station are approximately 5 km from the family-friendly aparthotel, while the beach in Tirrenia is around 18 km away. It is self-catering apartments near Pisa. There are a total of 30 apartments, divided into separate cottages of 4 apartments each. Built in 2009, the resort offers guests free private parking, a lobby and a swimming pool. Due to Covid restrictions, the Swimming Pool service, is provide with limited admissions for the number of stations , and it will be subject to reservation:the cost of 1 station with 1 umbrella and 3 sunbeds is of € 25 daily per station (or apartment), from 12/6 to 25/7, and from 22/8 to 5/9, € 30 daily per station from 26/7 to 21/8.But after 7 pm the Pool will be free for the resort guests only.The double-room apartments feature an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a double bed. Additional amenities include wireless Internet access, flat screen satellite TV and panoramic views. A kitchenette with fridge and microwave also comes as standard. Guests may relax in the garden, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers laid out for use. Check in from 3.30pm to 8.30pm, after this the Reception is closed. Check out from 7am to 10am.

It's okay for just a short stay.

The so called triple or quadruple rooms are for kids, not for adults. And the living area is occupied by the second bed. So forget to breathe or do something in the living area whilst the kids are in bed.

We stayed for 5 nights and are very satisfied. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy, the staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom is large with enough towels which are changed regularly. Apartment has a well working air conditioning. This is not a luxury resort but great value for a low price. Location is perfect for trips around Toscany but one definitely needs a car. Punkies were quite annoying, buy a spray! As the pool is open to the public it may be a little loud sometimes.

The apartments are lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. To get into pisa is simple you can get a bus from outside the tabbacco shop a short walk from the resort. Getting back from pisa is a different story! We purchased bus tickets from the tobacco shop and asked the lady in the shop where we caught the bus, we stood at the bus stop and had to ask each bus which passed if they went to colignola. Each said no. After an hour we gave up and tried to get a taxi. Each taxi that came couldn't take us as there were 4 adults and a child none of the taxi drivers would call another taxi for us and the number on the side of the taxi did not work. In the end we had to phone Eden Park reception and they kindly arranged a taxi for us. Unfortunately as we went in October the outdoor pool was closed so there was not much to do if you wanted to stay at the resort for the day. So if you do stay here I would definitely recommend hiring a car as though pisa is not far the roads do not all have paths to allow you to walk safely and the taxis are quite expensive costing between 20-25 euros. The rooms have all the basics. However no kettle, so need to boil water in a pan and only a microwave and a hob no oven.
