This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff was very rude and disrespectful. We stayed for only 1 night and had to cancel the rest of our stay due to the crazy women that worked at the front desk. When we returned from dinner at around 8pm she was in our room looking through our luggage. When I questioned her she said “no English “ and walked out of our room. When I tried to get her name the front desk refused to give it to us. I’m not sure what she was doing in the room but assumed she was trying to look for money or jewelry. I asked the front desk about it and her name but they refused to give me her name. I have tried to reach the owner or supervisor but it’s is impossible. I’m shocked this is considered a 5 star hotel! It’s a nice location and property is decent but the staff was horrible. If you stay here make sure you bring your valuables. The staff obviously has a key to your room and know when you leave. Luckily we had our jewelry and cash with us when we went to dinner that night.

Racist to families and children

I’ve tried to reach and speak to multiple managers and staff . It’s been impossible to reach anyone . So long story short , the woman at the front desk slapped my 5 year old . Beware families with children traveling here . They are racist to young children. We were treated like scum because our kids were not welcome. We have stayed in numerous 5star hotels around the world and have never been treated this way . I could not even rate this hotel a 1 star . Super disappointed and disgusted!

Wonderful Five Star Hotel Right on the Med

We were extraordinarily pleased with our 5 days at Saraceni. Everything was perfect. Beautiful junior suite very nicely appointed looking out over the water, very nice breakfast, wonderful dining room, and a great pool area. Pool staff were fantastic (and fun!). We enjoyed ourselves so much we barely left the hotel. A tad expensive, but we’ll worth every penny.
