This exclusive boutique hotel is located on the Amalfi Coast, between the terraces of the picturesque village of San Lazzaro, the ancient district of Maiori. The property faces the sea and is a 10-minute walk from the resort centre as well as 400m from the beach. The nearest public transport stop is within walking distance of the hotel. Naples Airport is about 50 km away. Access is only via panoramic lift and stairs (about 80 steps).The twentytwo rooms and suites of the Hotel Botanico are different from each other and all have a spectacular sea view. Amalfi Coast - Great Maiori Boutique Hotel

What a great find on the Amalfi Coast. Lovely family owned boutique hotel with fabulous views and great service. We thoroughly enjoyed the small environment with many amenities. It was peaceful and just what we were looking for. Views all day long and into the evening are stunning. As a bonus, they also own their own beach club, so you have access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas, changing rooms and nice beach cafe/bar to relax and enjoy. Rooms are good size, furnishings a bit more antique style but well done with bed comfortable. Bathrooms can be a bit tight but small price to pay for the great terraces and space your room has over the sea. Maiori where this is located is the perfect town to stay in on the coast. They have the largest beach and MUCH less busy than the more well known cities. There is a great inexpensive ferry service you can take to all the various other cities and get a great view of the coast and have side trips without driving.

Gorgeous hotel with gorgeous views and exceptional Service

I was impressed with this hotel from the start with the funicular ride straight up the cliff to get to to it! The service was tremendous. It was during a storm and they took care of every need. They started us off with an apertiv in the bar. When our Capri trip was cancelled from the storms they worked to set us up in a sister hotel since they were booked. It was all just an exceptional experience. And don’t forget to share your breakfast with the resident cat!

I visited this amazing hotel last week and was amazed by the way we were treated from the moment we checked in, until the moment we checked out. Whilst checking in, we were informed that we had been chosen to receive a complimentary DOUBLE upgrade, from a normal room, to a 2 story suite on the top floor. That alone was enough to tell me that we were going to really enjoy the stay. The staff we always so friendly and accommodating, I enjoyed the fact that it was a close knit group of staff, seeing them at breakfast, around the hotel during the day, and again in the evening. All in all, I couldn't recommend this hotel any more and have already told all my friends and family about it. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making it such a memorable stay!
