Horrible experience!!

In the end of November me and my husband went to this hotel to spend night and enjoy capital. The receptionist wasn’t there when we came, then she came from her apartment on second floor and looked very annoyed. We went up to our room and window were open we were freezing. The bathroom was separated from room so we had to always go through hallway. HORRIBLE! And room was very expansive, not clean at all and smelled bad. Also under hotel is bar which has a very loud music till 2am and people screaming on the streets all night. Also we asked for jacuzzi and when we went there it was some old ugly patio jacuzzi was less than half full, cold water outside without roof.. freezings, imposible to use. Honestly the worst experience. We don’t recommend it at all!!!

Breakfast is available from 7 to 10am, or there are numerous nearby restaurants or bars for food, as well as all the shops on the predominantly pedestrian sections here in midtown.

We stayed in the 4-bedroom apartment. Hotel location is excellent for exploring Reykjavik. Staff members were welcoming and extremely helpful. The shower heads were broke making showering a bit awkward. Other than that, this place is nice.
