Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel Hotel is a luxury beachfront resort in Naama Bay, part of the Egyptian city of Sharm El Sheikh on the southern coast of the Sinai Peninsula. Rooms are clean, staff helpful and polite, big area and we felt with our family well kept there! Many restorants and bars where you can eat and drink, food is changing daily, so you are not getting board. Definetly recommend!

Wonderful stay

The hotel is really beautiful with top services. outstanding housekeeping. Really good food with the chioices for all. The coral reef directly in front of the hotel. Special compliments to Eslam and Salah who are true professionals and kindly persons. congratulations for the spa area, for the massage center and the wonderful Eman who really works with all her heart. Thank you all, we will be back for sure.

A mixed bag of emotions from start to end

We are giving Stella Di Marre 5 stars because of the one thing that stood out for us & changed it around for us & made our holiday so noteworthy we have decided to leave this review! What made our holiday so special & unforgettable in many ways was & is …. The staff, the staff & once more - the staff! There are exceptionally kind souls who work at this hotel who we genuinely made a connection with. We hope that life will always be kind to them & that they know and feel how truly valued they were when we stayed and we hope that other guests staying here would also value them for all the long hours they work & still put a smile on their face, for the little gestures that go a long way & for always making an effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Firstly, Ahmad Mohammed, the room cleaner, who went the extra mile on our stay to put a smile on our face every-time we had our room cleaned. He is so talented creating wonderful shapes of all sorts with the towels including crocodiles, flower, hearts etc which is something extra. He also ensured that we had sufficient plug in repellant for Moskitos as they got pretty bad during our stay. Thank you Ahmad! Secondly, our driver also named Ahmed. He was always just a message/call away from when we needed him & went the extra mile in talking to us through google translate to get to know us. He also taught us some Arabic. These memories we will cherish forever. We wish you the very best in life Ahmed. There were a number of waiters who went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after always. Milad Gamil, Milad Boshry & Hosan to name a few. You constantly made sure we had everything we needed & more at our meals times (breakfast & dinner). You did this we believe for nothing in return but that you wished to look after us. The least we can do is mention your names & hope that management recognises how hard you all work & so that you know how much we appreciate you. We truly value you & thank you for welcoming us into your home which you have made our home from home. We attended the new year celebrations which was an extensive buffet of food (Iv never witnessed anything like it before in my life) plus life entertainment all night, countdown to the bells, fireworks. We can honestly say it was one of the best new years we’ve ever had as a family. Thank you! We are from Scotland and naturally, we love to meet new people. We believe this actually was one of the reasons we engaged with so many people (guests + staff!). We met some wonderful guests on our stay from Istanbul, Denmark, the states, Russia - all who we can say we have made friends with and hope to continue the hand of friendship with. The resort we cannot fault. Any issues that arised, management were quick to sort (although most of the time it was at a discounted extra charge for us ) however what we would advise is that next time only one member of staff deals with a families issues as we felt that it was communicated with too many people which will always end up with some form of miscommunication. The bar at reception was hit or miss. Some staff were very friendly and others could do with training on customer service. We would advise to check the price of drinks beforehand. Anything imported (even supermarket spirits) cost ALOT (£30 for a standard Bombay sapphire gin & tonic). Watch out for that! The spa facilities were fabulous also & although there were communication restraints this did not affect the quality of the treatment. The therapists know what they are doing! The rooms were clean, comfortable & 5 stars. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to people. It’s location, ambience, cleanliness, decor but most of all - the amazing staff who work here! Stella Di Marre you’ve got one thing right, your staff are priceless . Look after them well because their personal qualities is something which cannot be replaced!
