Dana Beach is a luxury hotel on the beach in a small village on the east coast of Egypt. This family-friendly hotel is within driving distance of the centre of Hurghada, a popular resort on the Red Sea. Outside there are gardens and a pool area with three heated swimming pools and a whirlpool. At Dana Beach, you can play tennis on the courts or choose other games to play including football. If you want to do something a little less active, you can also play a few games of table tennis, mini golf, darts or pool. There's a gym and aerobics classes so you can keep up your fitness regime. When you're ready to relax, there's a hotel spa, as well as a whirlpool. There are several bars and restaurants at Dana Beach for all your meals and drinks, as well as daily entertainment. On the beach you can play beach volleyball. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, a mini market and Wi-Fi in the public areas. A shuttle bus will take you around the local area.

The former fishing village of Hurghada is 23km from the hotel. Here you'll find beaches to enjoy during the day, and you can also try diving to spot some of the famous marine life including fish, turtles and dolphins. Families might like to try a glass-bottomed boat trip. The resort's restaurants serve a variety of food, and freshly caught seafood is one of the local specialities. You could take an off-road jeep trip to a Bedouin village to try the local cuisine. In the evenings, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of the modern Hurghada Marina Boulevard, where you'll find plenty of shops, bars and cafÈs.

The hotel has nine bars including a beach bar, a piano bar and a pool bar. There is also a choice of buffet restaurants where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner. Between each of the restaurants you can enjoy a combination of Asian, Italian, German and international cuisine.

There's a daily kids' entertainment programme and a kids' club for ages 4-12, plus three heated outdoor kids' pools and seven water slides. Watersport possibilities and Diving options (PADI) are in the nearer surroundings of the hotel.

Rooms at Dana Beach Resort each have their own minibar, satellite TV and individually controlled air conditioning, as well as high speed Wi-Fi.

Extremely amazing hotel, has many restaurants, food is amazing, staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are nice, bathroom is very big.. Easy transportation inside the hotel by the boats.. I recommend this hotel

The best resort in Hurghada!

I want to start by mentioning the people who were a huge part of the reason we scored Dana Beach 10/10! Without people, any space and building is exactly that, bricks and mortar, although Dana Beach is one of the most beautifully put-together resorts I have ever stayed at, it was still made by the people who run it. In no particular order: Mohamed Mahmoud one of the hotel managers was outstanding, he did everything he could to ensure our stay was as perfect as possible, his interpersonal skills and ability to know what his guests need and want is a real talent, if I was to ever go into the hotel business he would be the first person I'd head hunt! Mohamed Salah, Mohamed was the nicest, sweetest guy I met at the resort. He was always there at the Oriental restaurant working as physically hard as possible, always had a smile on his face. He made sure our drinks were always topped up and went above and beyond to make sure nothing was missing from our table, I truly will miss this guy, every time he saw us he greeted us with such happiness and passion. Ayman, such a gentleman, catered for us every night at the restaurant. One evening my wife had a strange craving for pomegranates. There weren't any available as it isn't the optimum season, the next morning, my wife is gifted with a bag of pomegranates that Ayman has sourced from the city. Touches like this are priceless, thank you Ayman. A note, all the staff were amazing, in all of the restaurants and all other facilities i.e. bars, gym, pool-side, everyone made us feel so welcome and catered for everything we could possibly need, thank you to everyone. I havent meant mentioned how spotless and well maintained the place was, but it was spotless, gardens were beautiful, abundant space for everyone, food was great and entertain was excellent too. Needless to say we won't be staying at any other Hotel in Hurghada other than Dana Beach Resort when we return. We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Nice hotel i visit for first time i would like to thank mahmoud ahmed in reception he organized for us a very nice room and was very helpful whenever we had any question we also recommend the quad safari with nouby was a nice program coffee in columbus is very tasty pools are heated beach is big and clean our favorite restaurant was le marche restaurants next to food court keep it up and see you soon.
