This pleasant hotel lies in the recreation district of Santo Tomas just 150 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. It is just a few minutes' walk from the lively resort centre where guests will discover many more shopping and entertainment venues. Public transport can be found in close proximity to the hotel (200 m away).This fully air-conditioned hotel comprises 2 floors with a total of 116 rooms. Facilities include a fabulous pool and garden complex, a public Internet terminal, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. Guests may take advantage of an in-house laundry service and parking facilities are to be found outside the hotel.Each of the tastefully decorated rooms comes with a bathroom with a hairdryer, a telephone and Internet access in addition to a kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge, air conditioning, central heating, a balcony or terrace and a hire safe as standard.In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool as well as a furnished sun terrace for guests' use. Fantastic holiday

We stayed for 10 nights at the end of the season. The staff are lovely and were always friendly even though they must be shattered after a long season. We had no problem with the beds. I normally have a bad back and I was pain free most of the time on this holiday. Our kids loved the pools and the play park. The beach is great. Nice shallow water. The restaurant was good. I wasn't expecting much for what we paid but I was very pleasantly surprised. Great variety over the stay. Desserts really good. Paella was yummy. Good fish choices. Different themed nights. Asian/ Mexican etc. My boys enjoyed the chocolate fountain. Breakfast really good choice. The restaurant staff are brilliant. No problems ordering drinks. I liked the mix of nationalities in the hotel not just Brits. The soft play and trampolines/ bouncy castles are great for kids although there is a small charge. There was a kids disco every night for about 45 minutes. Our kids loved it. It is the best holiday we have had in ages and we all felt like we had chilled out and unwound by the end of the holiday. I would love to go back again next year. We all had a fantastic holiday. Perfect place for families with small kids.

Great family holiday, good water park and pools on site and beautiful sandy beaches a few mins walk Accomodation 1 bed was fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. A few more kitchen utensils would have been handy. We were self catering. As per other comments the super markets are reasonably expensive, the smaller one level with the hotel water park was actually cheaper than bigger one both a few mins walk. We used the one (binipreu) in el migjorn el gran, really good walk there via the caves (60-90 mins) and bus back or bus both ways you'd need to check timings though. also great little bakery - Forn de pan. As end of season a few restaurants were closed and the ones open had mixed reviews. We only visited es pins which has good food, great staff and amazing sunset views, We had already booked for exactly the same holiday next year and won't be changing it. The weather was amazing for the time of year so experience might have been different if it was raining. We had taken wetsuits for kids but didn't really need them.

We visited in the last week of October… A quiet resort in the height of the summer but at the end of October, dead! Fortunately this suited us!!! Most of the restaurants, shops and other hotels were closed. We opted for self catering which was fine but struggled to find restaurants on the evenings we wanted to eat out. The Hotel room was basic but clean and tidy, not sure they got the memo about 4 of us staying, 2 adults and 3 yr old twin boys… Sleeping arrangements weren’t great. Hotel grounds and pools were amazing. We all loved the splash pool! We definitely would return, hopefully facing into the complex next time (not the road.) This hotel complex is all about the younger Kids!! Supermarket prices are expensive so if you’re on a self catering holiday factor this in. Public transport is great, we went to Maó and Citudella, no problems. In short an amazing island, great location and a hotel that suits all the needs of a young family! Beware of the island closing down at the end of October… And take Mozzy repellent!!! Enjoy xxx
