Tranquil luxury stay in beautiful hotel in a pretty cove

We booked this hotel last minute mid October. The hotel appears to have only recently opened but it’s perfect. The accommodation was just what we needed. Room with a small sitting area and a poolside balcony with table and chairs. Safe in room ( no extra cost ) , towelling robes ( no extra cost) and lounging / large towels for spar / sunbathing ( no extra cost ). Air conditioning , fridge and personal WiFi in our room. The dining area ( breakfast / lunch / evening ) is split inside and out. There was a great variety at breakfast , buffet style and omelettes , pancakes , eggs made to order. The staff were brilliant. Excellent English , my Catalan is pretty non existent. There is a spar , but we didn’t use it. Though on chatting with other guests they really rated the massages. We are in the evening buffet in the duster hotel directly opposite. A vast range of food for all types and the staff were very knowledgeable about allergies. Taking their time to walk around the food stations explaining what specific dishes they could have. The hotel is situated a couple of minutes walk down to the beach cove. Where there are bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be visiting again.

Fabulous Hotel

We spent a fortnight at this Hotel during September and were delighted with everything it had to offer. It is immaculate, the rooms were well thought out and the bed was comfortable. All areas of the hotel were shining and smelt fabulous. The staff were all excellent, especially the waiters - they were all very attentive so a special thanks to Enrique, Julio and the rest of the waiting team you all took a part in making us feel valued. The breakfasts were really good as although it is a buffet breakfast, there is a selection of hot breakfasts that are cooked to order. We had lunch and evening meals on some days too which were also of a good standard. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Such a lovely hotel

We came back from this little gem a few days ago. We stayed in a suite facing the pool.(We arrived a little earlier than expected but our cases were saved for us and we were offered beach towels to use the pool facilities until the room was ready) The rooms were spacious, clean and well thought out (especially if you need to do a bit of work whilst you are there). We did not use the spa but walked down to look at the indoor pool and facilities. I must admit they looked very inviting. The outside pool area is relaxing to sit in. Again, clean and well thought out. The bar, reception and restaurant area is bright clean and modern. The food is fresh very well presented and more importantly tastes good. All the staff are very friendly with nothing too much trouble for any of them. The sister hotel is literally opposite. Also very nice and we could use their facilities if we wanted to. Santandria bay is metres away with some nice restaurants . There is also a supermarket within a few minutes walking distance. We hired a car at the airport for a week. There is free secure parking onsite but it is safe to leave your car on the street. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return
