LOVELY PEACEFUL HOLIDAY

Having had a blip on arrival with the room and needing to speak with the hotel manager wasn't't the best of starts, however it was swiftly sorted. The staff both in reception and restaurant are excellent and informative. The food was very good we enjoyed breakfast and dinner and we welcomed the quiet pool area for reading and relaxation. The spa was really nice and can highly recommend a massage. The location was perfect for us, a short walk to the pine walk all flat (although a little cobbled in parts) for people with reduced mobility it is perfect. We did the Island trip through "no frills excursions"which we can highly recommend if you want to see more of the island but if you just want a total relaxing quiet holiday the marSenses Puerto Pollensa is definitely the place for you

This hotel and all the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always smiling. The food was excellent. Lots of variation. I loved the eggs Benedict and pancakes for breakfast. Delicious. The jacuzzi is fantastic to cool down and there is lemon water and cava which is all free. Everywhere is extremely clean. We loved it that much that we’ve booked for 2023.

Lovely place to stay and location excellent. Staff are very freindly and cannot do enough for you. Hotel very clean and the food was very good with a good selection. Good relaxing holiday with great weather.
